When you submit an inquiry through our platform, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you create an account, we also store your login credentials (email and a hashed password). When you browse our listings, standard server logs may record your IP address and browser type.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your property inquiries and, where applicable, to maintain your account. We do not use your data for automated profiling or advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the platform (e.g., our hosting provider) or as required by law.

Your data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure — please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Our platform uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, doing so will prevent you from using authenticated features such as saving favourite properties.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@doffagency.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our platform integrates Google Maps for property location display and Cloudflare for media storage and delivery. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Property images and videos are served from Cloudflare's network. We do not share personal inquiry data with these providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
